PERPANJANG PASPOR PELAUT

PERPANJANG/PEMBARUAN PASPOR RI (PELAUT)
Extension/Renewal of Indonesia Passport (SEAMAN'S PASSPORT)

Mungkin ini sedikit membantu buat para sobat Pelaut yang berada di Singapura  yang ingin perpanjang/perbaharui Passport.

Waktu Pengajuan/Submission Hours: 9.00 AM - 12.00 PM

PERSYARATAN/ the Requirement needed:

  1. ISI DENGAN LENGKAP & JELAS FORMULIR PUTIH-PERDIM 11 (Completed White From-PERDIM 11)
  2. COPY & MEMBAWA PASPOR YANG MASIH BERLAKU (Copi & Original Valid Current Passport)
  3. MEMBAWA SURAT PENGANTAR ASLI SERTA PHOTOCOPY SURAT PERJANJIAN KERJA DARI PERUSAHAAN PELAYARAN YANG TELAH DILEGALISASI OLEH BAGIAN PERHUBUNGAN KBRI SINGAPURA (Original Letter and Copy of Working Agreement from Shipping Company Duly Endorsed Transportation/Seaman's Section of Indonesia Embassy)
  4. PHOTO COPY BUKU PELAUT HALAMAN 4-6-7 (Copy of Seaman's book page 4-6-7)
  5. DOKUMENT LAINNYA JIKA DIPERLUKAN (Other Supporting Ducuments when necessary)
  6. BIAYA (Fee) S$ 35.00

Waktu Proses adalah 3 (tiga) hari kerja (Processing time takes 3 (there) working day's)
